Perfect getaway with family and friends in my spacious home! Enough space in the backyard to enjoy any sort of reunions, get-togethers or golf trips. Newly built pool and jacuzzi. Many additions such as a mini golf, fire pit and outdoor kitchen! Super close to many major local events such as Polo Fair grounds where Coachella fest is hosted; numerous casinos, El Paseo strip, and world famous BNP Paribas tennis garden.
Features an open floor plan, enough to accommodate big travel groups-8 beds/3 bathrooms. Home sits on a cozy 8,276 sq ft lot with 2,720 sq ft of it being house. There are many centers of entertainment such as the downstairs living room where a pool table match can be hosted. A ping pong and soccer table are inside the garage which has been converted into a game room. The garage still has enough space to fit any vehicle. The upstairs living room is perfect for watching movies and tv shows. Tv's in the dining area and outdoor kitchen are perfect for listening to music, watching a sports game or staying up to date with the news.

GUEST ACCESS
Full access to the property including the garage and sides of the house. A closet downstairs next to the garage door and one out of two closets (smaller closet) in the master bedroom will be the only areas with restriction.
EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT
We do offer the option of early check-in/late checkout if and only the property is not booked the day before or booked the day you checkout. If the property is booked the day before, you would not be able to check in early. If the property is booked the day you checkout, late checkout won't be possible. For early check in, you would be able to check in at 11 am for a fee of $50 instead of checking in at 4pm. For late checkout, you would be able to checkout at 4pm for a fee of $50 instead of checking out at 11am. Both fees are separate. Please let us know if you would like to check in early/checkout late.
PETS (FREE OF CHARGE)
You can bring 2 pets free of charge. If you would like to bring more, please reach out to us.
SMOKING
This is a non-smoking house. You are allowed to smoke outside but by no means is smoking allowed inside. Smoking odor is hard to eliminate which makes it unpleasant for the guest after you. If smoking odor is detected after your check out, you will incur a fee of $150 for having to take extra steps to eliminate the odor.
*POOL HEATING (OPTIONAL)The pool can be heated for an extra fee of $75 per day and the jacuzzi can be heated for $50 per day. You can let us know whenever you would like it, whether it be weeks in advance or the day of your stay. Depending on the time of the year, the pool takes 5-8 hours to be heated to 87 degrees. The jacuzzi takes 20-40 minutes to be heated to 99 degrees. You can let us know if you would like them warmer or less warm. Please note that only one can be heated at a time. It would be ideal to let me know in advance so I can heat the pool early in the morning to give it time to heat and switch to jacuzzi in the afternoon when it's time to unwind.
